Late Arrivals

To be respectful to other guests and their scheduled appointments, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule. We always try to accommodate everyone but sometimes it is not possible.

Missed Appointments/ Last Minute Cancelations


We understand life is hectic and unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. No shows & last minute cancellations within the 24 window, will require a deposit for 50% cost of the service fee and will be collected upon booking your next appointment. As long as you show up this fee will be applied to your service cost. Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable.

Redo/ Refund

Our goal is to give you the hair of your dreams.  But we also understand that sometimes we can miss the mark.  For haircut issues please contact the salon within 5 days and we will gladly correct the issue to the best of our abilities.  For color issues please contact us within 10 days so we can address the concern before new growth becomes an additional need.  Please note- if you are not using professional shampoo & conditioner to maintain your color there are no redo or refund options.
